Single family home | Souderton Real Estate Photographer

This single family home went for sale in Souderton over the summer. In the spring I was lucky enough to get over to the house and capture it in full bloom.  The homeowners certainly had green thumbs and did a spectacular job maintaining the landscaping.

This house was also situated in a very kid friendly neighborhood on a located on a cul-de-sac.  Nicely located on the the outskirts of the city in a nice and quiet location. Great for a family looking for more space. The layout is actually similar to houses in the neighborhood I grew up in.

How did I get into real estate photography?  I volunteer for my neighborhood publication about 3 years ago and became the living spaces section of the magazine’s photographer. I quickly learned how much I loved photographing architectural elements. Real estate photography is definitely easier than chasing toddlers. Although I still enjoy photographing families.

My style for real estate is similar to my portrait work.  I mainly use natural light.  I feel it gives the house a natural look and shows how bright the house is without lights.  I shot with a full frame camera and an extra wide lens so I am able to get in as much of the room as I can.

My services include real estate photographer and videography serving Montgomery County, Leigh Valley, Delaware County, Philadelphia, and South Jersey. I recently included video into my offerings, posts with video coming soon.  I can be available with 48 hour notice, but have done it same day as well. My turn around time is 24-48 hours to deliver the final pictures.  Rush delivery is available upon request.  I offer competitive pricing and excellent customer service. I work with real estate agents and home owners a like.

I am located in Blue Bell but will travel.  There is a small travel fee charge for locations outside of 20 miles outside of 19422. You can email me for more information. To see my full real estate gallery, click here.  To contact me about photographing your listing, click here
